The safety of our customers and staff is always our highest priority. We believe we can still create a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests during this time. We are making a few changes to ensure your safety. None of these changes will affect your ability to have an INCREDIBLE time in our escape room adventures.
"Okay, I've made a reservation, now what?" A few items to note after you've made a reservation:
At this time, our waiting area is closed. What this means:
- Private adventures: Even prior to COVID-19, Armadillo Escape Room Adventures became the first Houston area escape room to offer entirely private adventures. That means that you will never be paired with anyone that isn't in the group you come with.
- Extreme sanitization: Armadillo Escape Room Adventures has always been known for its incredibly clean facilities but we've amped-up our process even more. We sanitize all common areas and the entire escape room adventure between each and every group using the latest in extreme sanitization techniques. We use Victory Professional Cordless Electrostatic Sprayers which have patented technology that provide an electrical charge to the sanitizing solution, allowing them to wrap conductive surfaces with an effective and even coverage. Double-charged particles envelope all conductive surfaces – shadowed, vertical, and underneath. We use a food-safe botanical disinfectant solution that effectively kills over 99.9% germs, bacteria and viruses and is one of the cleanest and safest products on the market (did we mention it's even food-safe!).
- Social Distancing processes: We have changed our processes to ensure we are following (and exceeding) CDC guidelines on maintaining social distancing. A few changes are: fully contactless reservation arrangements and payments, fully contactless debriefs, closing our waiting area and calling you just prior to your reservation to let you know the facility is ready for your group to enter, and new procedures and processes for our Game Masters to continue to provide incredible, fun, and mentally stimulating experiences for all of our guests!
"Okay, I've made a reservation, now what?" A few items to note after you've made a reservation:
At this time, our waiting area is closed. What this means:
- We ask that you please either wait in your car or outside our facility. One of our team members will call the number on your reservation when the lobby is ready for your group to enter (if the number you provided while making your reservation is not a good number to reach you at just prior to your reservation, please call us to update your phone number). Please expect a call between 5 minutes prior to the reservation and the time of the reservation.
- If there is anyone from your group who is not participating in the adventure but is waiting for those that are participating, only one person may wait inside our facility for the group to finish.
- At this time, we are only processing contactless payments and making contactless reservation arrangements over the phone and online. If you need to add any additional tickets to your reservation, you can do that when you arrive.
